Delivery
Our standard delivery charges are as follows:
Orders: All orders : Please add £10.00p for Postage & Packaging.
UK mainland only. For other areas,please contact us for our charges.
Allow between 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If the goods are not delivered within that time, please contact us by email sales@lampsatstroud.co.uk tel: 01453 768888 quoting your order reference number.
Returns policy
All our items are carefully checked prior to despatch. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. A small handling charge of 15% will apply. The goods must be returned, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us at sales@lampsatstroud.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery. Return postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty
Refunds will be made in accordance with the method of payment used.
